Social Media


Our fast-growing retail and e-commerce business is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our social media team. This role has a variety of responsibilities and required skills including (but not limited to):

  • Create and execute the social media strategy for the company brand.
  • Create, manage, and post content for Instagram, Facebook, and the websites.
  • Caption social media posts and respond to comments and questions on posts.
  • Plan and create content for email marketing and newsletters.
  • Able to capture product by taking high quality photos.
  • Keep track of company calendar to be aware of upcoming events and other important dates. Plan content around these events
  • Manage company Dropbox. Upload photo gallery on website.
  • Website upkeep and utilization of Shopify.
  • Upload product photos to Shopify with product details.
  • Be open and willing to assist in other areas of the business, as needed.
  • Works efficiently and at a brisk pace in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works independently for extended periods.
  • Can change directions quickly without being overly flustered or bothered.
  • Comfortable with pace and pressure of office environment and balancing priorities.
  • Owning initiative and jumping into new tasks daily.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including active listening.
  • Model excellent service and a neat and tidy appearance when in the store.
  • Familiarity using POS systems.
  • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
  • Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone.
  • Able to work during the daytime, some Saturday’s and holiday availability.
  • Versatility to move quickly on your feet up to 6-8 hours a day.
