How It Works:
The enclosed card provides details about the gift. (See pictures listed). This card is meant for the recipient to carry in their wallet or keep it someplace safe.
Each month, the recipient should give us a call at the phone number on the card (419) 874-4409 to schedule a pick-up or delivery (extra fee applies for delivery if not paid for in the original order).
The recipient should bring their card with them into the shop when you picking up their arrangement OR present it at the time of delivery in-order to mark off the month fulfilled. (If you aren’t present at delivery, we can do this part next time we see you.)

Please Note:
The arrangement for each month must be redeemed by the last day of the month. No “roll-over” values will be applied to successive months.
