Receipts must be present or provided during any interaction regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Valid reasons for returns are as follows: Bought by mistake and/or item does not fit in home as expected.
- Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for items that were not damaged by the fault of the customer. Valid reasons for exchanges are as follows: Item defective or does not work, product damaged inside of box that was not opened at the time of purchase, missing or broken parts, and inaccurate website description.
