Experienced Floral Designer

Our fast-growing retail and e-commerce business is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our floral team. This role has a variety of responsibilities and required skills including (but not limited to):

• Have prior experience as a Floral Designer 
• Arrange live and silk flowers to create unique vased arrangements and handtied bouquets.
• Assist our Floral Designer team various tasks such as processing flowers, organizing the floral cooler, stocking vases, etc.
• Keeping floral design room clean and tidy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service.
• Assess customers needs and provide floral information and assistance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in order to create a friendly and personal shopping experience.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Model excellent service and a neat and tidy appearance when in the store.
• Be open and willing to assist in other areas of the business, as needed.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with peers and partners in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process.
• Ability to work with urgency while balancing multiple tasks.
• Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Able to work during the daytime, some Saturday’s and holiday availability.
• Versatility to move quickly on your feet up to 6-8 hours a day.
